3 Deposits and Payments

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 789win are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 789win account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Amounts below this threshold cannot be processed.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fairness

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 789win platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one 789win account per person.
• Providing false identity information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to interact with 789win in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error must be reported to 789win support and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in card games, sports betting, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any use of 789win for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or legitimising funds of illicit origin.
• Using 789win's platform for any activity that violates applicable law in Pakistan.
• Accessing 789win using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographical restrictions or identity requirements.

789win actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using both automated and manual review processes. Suspected violations are investigated thoroughly before any action is taken. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 789win cooperates fully with relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

789win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account restriction.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity — accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any bonus balance and any funds directly derived from prohibited conduct are forfeited. Legitimate deposited funds that have not been used for prohibited activity will be returned to the player after verification.
